Program Tip of the Month

The fall is a great time to get your unit outside.  Why not take your meeting outdoors and invite someone from the Department of Forestry to come to your meeting to help with tree and plant identification!  Go one a hike... add some interest to your hike by giving the girls a scavenger hunt to do while on the hike.  ie. Find something that begins with each letter of the alphabet or give girls paint chips and challenge them to find items in nature that match.
